Explanation : The first disciples Jesus recruited were Simon bin Jonah and his brother Andrea. Both of them were fishermen at the Sea of Galilee. Jesus trusted them, because they were tough, hardened by their job at the sea, so He could mold them to become His assistants.
He gave Simon a new name Peter (in Greek “ Rock”). On this rock, He would build His Church, He gave him also the “the keys of David” (Marc 1:16-20).

Penjelasan : Murid yang pertama dipilih Yesus adalah Simon bin Yunus dan saudaranya Andreas. Keduanya adalah nelayan di laut Galilea. Yesus percaya kepada mereka, karena mereka memiliki daya juang yang tinggi, terbentuk dari pekerjaan mereka di laut, sehingga Dia bisa membentuk mereka menjadi muridNya.
